I´m a professional with extensive experience in human resources and administration, playing a key role in the administrative development of Carson Center. Throughout my career, I have worked as an accounting assistant, managing inventories, costs, accounts receivable and payable, as well as bank reconciliations. I have also calculated ITBMS, performed audits and recovered uncollectible accounts.
In administrative and human resources roles, I have managed the hiring and selection of personnel, resolved labor conflicts, organized seminars and trainings, and approved personnel actions. As human resources manager, I have comprehensively managed personnel, coordinated vaccination days, analyzed market salaries, and handled labor disputes, logistics coordination and customer service.
