During 14 years, I was a professor of Animal Production at the Darien Regional Center. My goal is to continue contributing to the development of this province and the country, achieving valid and relevant scientific results for our region. My main experience is in cattle management; however, contributing to the health and welfare of the Darien equine is a great satisfaction.

I am currently a PhD student in Agricultural Sciences at the Universidad de Panama. I am a Zootechnical Agronomist Engineer with a Master’s degree in Livestock Sciences from the Universidad de Panama, and a Professor in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences with more than 12 years of experience in agrostology. In my doctoral thesis project, I try to evaluate the vaccination program with equine encephalitis viruses in the endemic region of Darien, including epidemiological and immunological aspects of the vaccination campaigns.
