I am a Civil Engineer with experience in the development of construction projects. My professional background has provided me with a solid foundation in construction management and structural design. My long-term goals are focused on the energy area, where I aspire to develop competencies that contribute to the sustainable development of society. My vision includes the formulation of strategic energy policies, the analysis of global energy markets, and the planning of complex energy systems. I am committed to innovating solutions that promote energy efficiency and the reduction of environmental impacts in public sector projects and private sector collaborations.During more than 5 years, I have led the integral development of projects for the Panamanian government, from their initial conception to the elaboration of specifications and budgets.

I have promoted community development projects in the district of San Miguelito, demonstrating my commitment to local growth. My experience also includes the management of construction projects in the private sector, offering specialized advice on structural and constructive issues, and making strategic decisions that guarantee efficiency and quality in each project.
