Kiriam Escobar

MD, MPH

Dr. Escobar obtained her medical degree from Latina University in Panama. She then received her MPH with a Global Health concentration from Washington University in St. Louis Missouri. She completed her pediatric residency in Panama, followed by her fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in New York.
Dr. Escobar’s research focuses on tropical medicine, travel medicine, parasitology, and migrant health and as a young professional she aims to continue working in the Global Health field.
